I'm still recovering today. I dont even know who to thank for all of the food Sat night. I brought two cases of bud light, and I think the cooler has more beer in it now than it did Friday! Food and drinks were just coming from everywhere...it was nuts. We have the best parties in any paddock.
Points are in progress to ensure no mistakes. With only a point or two difference in some races we want to make sure so hang in there one more day.
A huge congratulations to Nick V and Gary R for their first wins!!!!
Eddie Rock did a great job leading the pack on sunday's invert without a pace car. I thought the lap was perfect speed, and just the right amount of time to line up behind a steady pace pole car...excellent!!
Casey great job too on your first event!!!
Welcome back to Willie. The new paint on that 2nd gen is awesome.
Jeff W....again, condolences man. It was gut wrenching to have to make the call. (for those not there, Jeff was DQd after post race tech due to sub frame connectors stich welded to the floor) I think you showed tremendous class by fixing it right there and then, and not only racing the next day but hanging out with everyone. You're a true racer gentleman and I'm psyched that we have you to look up to.
How about the fact that you guys have gridding down so tight that we had the entire field of 20 cars gridded by the time the pit marshalls showed up??
The only way the weekend could've been better is if that waitress really had brought Michael a salad with gravy.
